This is a skill and tool to help find who we are, what we want, and balance all the identities that exist within each of us. Mark Twain said, “I have met the enemy and it is I.” I add “However I underestimated the numbers.”

Use this as your map to what you want, where you want to go, what you got as Winnie the Pooh says. In the center place the want. Then add the left brain and right brain concepts and resources you see to create your intent. You are mapping what, or how or why or when you want to manifiest.
