GOALS- A gift of life we give ourselves.

HABIT- An acquired pattern of behavior that often occurs automatically, and are repeated regularly and tend to occur subconsciously. Habits that have kept you from having what you want can be transformed into habits that bring you what you want, when you know how they work. They become resources that can change your behavior, increase your clarity, energy and surpass fears that keep you stuck. Goals can guide habits by providing the initial outcome-oriented impetus for response repetition. In this sense, habits often are a vestige of past goal pursuit.

HAPPINESS- The joy of accepting our presence as life’s present, unless stuck in habits or self deceit.

INVENTORY-Honest self-appraisal.

REMEMBERING-A skill and tool that can keep you on purpose to having what you want. All our experiences are stored in our being. Remembering is the skill to access our experiences.

STINKING THINKING-Self limiting words and phrases like should, ought, have too, can’t, worry, try, hate
