Synesthesia, a combining of senses to produce a third force, a sound that is a color, smells that manifest a vision, words that move the heart, tasting a shape, stretching the mind beyond the limits of one sense.

I reflected a small mirror into the sky

Where light led me into a cave

Wet with greens

Sounding of trees

Smelling of soothing hands

I willed my senses

Touching the color
