 The Sunday Morning Church of ATTENTION

SHOCK
            Gung Ho Fat Choy it is the Year of the Tiger.
We ended week one of year 4,707, and with ReSOULtions for 2010 at my fitness club ‘stuff happens.’ Intentions have lessened.  How do I keep my Intention alive?
SHOCK
            ReSOULtions are about change.   I cannot change unless I know where I am.  Change is rare without pain.  Change comes from within.
SHOCK
            But within me I lost the Intention to get my Church of Attention completed on Sunday February 21. So much is happening it took me till Monday to write this. I need outside energy, a shock to complete my Intent, or do I? It is 5am Monday morning and my dreams didn’t inspire this writing, and if they had that would have been inner motivation. Raleen, with her warm waking up smile, didn’t inspire me. Meditating said
SHOCK
            Write about how our Intent needs outside energy, a new point of view, a new ally, embarrassment, some pain, a batch of joy, an insight, a bump in the head or kick in the butt. The weight loss fitness resolvers who re-joined the club need a fat’s eye view, or scale down number, or loose jeans to keep going. Why?
SHOCK
            My belief systems hold that there are no laws to the universe, only habits that are assumed to be laws, however I have read, heard and even experienced two laws of life the universe and everything. The Law of Threes: Active/passive & neutralizing forces,  Mother/Father/Child, and all the good that happens when we remember to bunch our knowledge in threesomes-Intros/Body & Endings as speakers. And;
SHOCK
            The Law of Seven-The Octave and how energy flows, or doesn’t flow between the Mi & Fa and the Si and Do of the next Octave. Huh? In creation, like manifesting my reSOULtions, unless I add a new or different type of energy my Intent stops evolving and involves back close to where it started. To create completion, The Octave, I need a;
SHOCK
            How? Watch the periphery, the edges for change, new thoughts, new feelings, break free of the comfort zone. “Do not do as you have always done.” Add an extra New Year to keep the ‘mo going’. Use a buddi for focus and support.
SHOCK
            Best bets, be aware of what you do when stuck. Add outside energy or a new effort. Ask for help. Create your own shock to get you the change you want to be. Be grateful for where you are, and see where you want to go. Namaste Gary
