Hate
Dear Friends, Please Abolish, Discreate, Eradicate, Erase, Eliminate, Remove, Deodorize, Exterminate, the word hate. It will not put an end to the act of hate, but it is a start.
In my presentation on ‘Stinkin thinkin’ I brand 12 words and phrases that keep the jaws of our egos clinched creating inSAMEity. The inSAMEity of war.
I label hate as the most odiferous word. But it is beyond odiferous, it doesn’t just stink, it’s deadly.
Hate kills.
Hate is the poisonous weed in life’s Garden of Eden.
Hate is the not the opposite of Love, it is the opposite of Life.
Hate destroys all of Life’s virtues, and will turn and destroy the hater.
Is hate part of the continuum of life?
Does hate serve a purpose?
Is it the logical or evolutionary swing toward or away from Love?
In an either/or world, one made of the duality of our language, hate does exist, but in the mass consciousness or higher consciousness of the Sixties, The Beatles began the erasing hate process with

Everybody
Love is all you need…,
It’s been over four decades and that message was sung and internalized by millions. It may be encoded into our genetics, if it wasn’t there already.
But hate still exists. As The John sang Imagine a world without hate.
I imagine that world beginning with my grandkids. Dislike the peas, or beans. Prefer carrots or corn but don’t hate the broccoli or brussels sprouts, because those hate seeds take root and sprout in the Gardens of Life. When they hate the Chutes & Ladders when they lose, they can hate you for winning and too often turn the hate on themselves.
In the fairy tale the Princess felt the discomfort from the pea, under sixteen mattress. We all suffer from the infection of hating that begins with the smushed peas, cauliflower or cabbage that’s ‘good for you.’ Hate is not good for anyone!
There are hate speeches all over the internet, but I am speaking in the Toastmaster International Speech Contest not picking on a group, a race, a color, the peas, but on hate. It is time to Abolish, Discreate, Eradicate, Erase, Eliminate, Remove, Deodorize, Exterminate, the word hate. It will not put an end to the act of hate, but it is a start.
